Good call JC. Just got 6-1 on Betfair.
I see it's gone from PP.
Backed Bray @ 9/1 - who knows what team Cork will have out with all their players being free agents - price has plummeted now.
Also backed Wexford @ 8/13 v Kildare - what's the story with that price? (I missed Ladbrokes' 4/6) Kildare have improved but not THAT much - they're still one of the worst sides in the Division.

Only possible reason is that Wexford seem to be better away from home, but I agree. Since the manager change Kildare have still only picked up 2 results.
Anyway, my big bet of the weekend:
St. Pats v Dundalk
Dundalk are in red hot form right now and you can't put a price on form. They'll be facing a Pats team that will be run ragged by Sovetov on Thursday, and can surely take them. I managed to match a few quid on 2.86 on Betfair but this immediately came down to 2.78. Get on while you can, folks!
Backing Dundalk @ 2.86 (Betfair) - 3.5 pts
I've done a treble consisting of Wexford, Fingal and Waterford HT/FT. Fingal were on top form against us last week. Really destroyed us.
Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.
I assume if the Cork game is called off due to Cork not existing, that bet is void?
I was just about to post as I was wondering were Kildare worth a punt at close to 8/1? Wexford maybe overrated partly due to beating Finn Harps away. Harps were no great shakes when losing 0-4 against Waterford on Tues, and watching the game I just could not imagine how they managed to beat Ipswich and Fingal recently!
Actually PP never priced the game! Will price it tomorrow morning when I get an idea of what kind of team Cork will have out. It's one of those games that they could go all out to win as it could be their last game in the X.
It'll be a draw so...![]()

Wexford@1.67 vs Kildare- 4pts
Fingal@2 vs Limerick - 2pts
Bohs@1.57 vs Drogs- 3pts
Dundalk@3.2 vs Pats- 3pts
Waterford -1@2 vs Mervue- 5pts
Rovers@2.25 vs Derry- 2pts
Potential goldmine in the LOI this week, I wouldn't usually be in with so many bets but I'm very confident of things coming off for me. Summary of my bets:
Dundalk @ 2.86 (Betfair) - 4pts
Shamrock Rovers @ 11/8 (Boyles) - 2pts
Waterford -1 @ evens (Boyles) - 2pts
Bohs, Sligo, Wexford treble @ 6.38 (Ladbrokes) - .5pts
May yet go in on Shels tomorrow, we'll see.

Our starting back 4 are all missing! Though I'd wait for line-ups as our team news must be taken with a pinch of salt. For Friday’s game, the Reds will now have to plan without the suspended Damien Brennan( and also without the injured defensive trio of Stephen Quigley( (back Injury), Kevin Doherty( (Calf) and Alan Keely( (Hip).
Who Cares?!
Why would Shels seek to mess with Harps though? We're massive underdogs no matter what team your guys field, I don't see the advantage to pretending to be more weakened than you really are.

Also going with unders in the Shels game @ 2.22 and Fingal win @ 2.08
Unders with Betfair 0.75 pts
Fingal with Betfair 2 pts
Who Cares?!
UCD worth a punt at 19/20 on Betfair. No major reasoning behind this, just the fact that they're likely to beat Longford by the odd goal.
Backing UCD @ 19/20 (Betfair) - .5pts
