I would safely say that Dave Hill will be one of the candidates if the new Cork City gets approval?? He has already managed in the A league with Cobh Ramblers which would be a help to ye if ye get into the A league..
Silly to eve ask given that noone knows who'd be running anything yet.
There'd be nothing to keep though, his contract would be invalid and I doubt he could be afforded by and A championship team.
id imagine a local partime manager would be the only option.
However, as i said those would be decisions for the person put in charge of running the club day to day, general manager and board of management. No member could tell you that now given that we dont even know who'd be on the board or GM.

Will it be a team from our league or will it be given to somewhere else ?
Honestly am sick to death of Tommy's " Cork City Fc" at this stage. He has made us the laughing stock of the league and i'm hopeing that the club will be liquidated. Starting from scratch with FORAS or whoever we can try and secure a long term future for football in Cork.
I don't get this, a couple of pages back the website was paid for, now it's not! Tom and co decided to humiliate the webmaster into panicking and not accepting payment or something?
Roddy had lots to say on radio last evening, newstalk, haven't heard it in full, anyone know what he was on about?
Webmaster has/had no reason to panic.
He requested money owed and was badly treated so took down the site, he's such a good guy that he left email addresses up so that commercial manager etc., could continue to do their job. Unfortunately, staff were instructed to use those accounts to send out the disgraceful statement, so ghe email addresses are gone down too.
Also, it was mentioned Previously, Tom Coughlan didn't pay the money owed last time. Danny Drew did.
Cork City: Making 'Dream Team' seem realistic since 2007.
I don't think Tom is paying too much attention to the wishes of the FAI these days. The only way he'll be gone is if Cork are wound up. As said previously he'll no doubt seek to have the winding up hearing adjourned for a few weeks. If they don't get a Licence I'd expect another court challenge, on whatever flimsy grounds he can come up with.
Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.
