worst: UCD (can never find the pitch)

    Bar
best: Ferrycarrig, I guess the bar is neat and you can watch the match from the windows.
worst: The multitudes of grounds where the bar cant be found or doesnt exist.
Nothing against Wexford, but are you kidding? Great there's a signpost, but access is down a death trap of a little country road. And a bar at a football ground that doesn't serve beer?

I got a beer there after the game a couple of weeks ago. They only had bottles but it was grand.

I think it was either Heineken or that Italian beer you got. Nothing else.

Hence me getting the Italian beer! There was beer there though which was the point.

    Dalymount (home offootball)
Flancare (first ground in country with seating on 4 sides, well done)
Lissywoolen - (if you build it, they - Premier Division sides, and Premier Division football- will come!!)

    Worst 5:
United Park - a hole of a place
    Jackman Park - kip
Finn Park - I accept funds are being put into new ground
Brandywell - too far from pitch
Showgrounds - how can anyone play fooball on that surface??

ps - (dis)honourable mention to Cobh for Worst 5. Ground reminds me of orders on a submarine - dive, dive, dive
That cos we beat ye 4-1 when ye played us there?

Eh? You're doing well if you can find it from the other side of the campus, looking through 20 faculty buildings. When you find it, you enter it. Same as any other ground. Finding it can be tricky if you don't know where you're going (self-explanatory really), and in fairness now there's a load of building work going on around the place and new temporary pedestrian routes going up all the time (saw two of our players get lost a couple of weeks ago), but your post is, as usual, uninformed rubbish.
The fact that two of your players couldn't find it speaks volumes.

The idea of getting the DART to Booterstown to reach Belfield, is the equivalent of getting the train to Heuston in order to reach Richmond. It's not feasible nor practical. The bus at Blackrock station used to bring you to the old ground. It brings you nowhere near the new one. At least Pats ground has a Luas link.

Kildare's players appear to have spent a lot of time in the bar this season. They are playing like a pub team.

It was because a new (very long) wall had been put up around construction meaning you have to go a different way. It's temporary; I mentioned it as a bit of a laugh.

The 11 (I think) brings you nearer the Bowl than the 17 brings you to the Park.

You said it's one of the few grounds with no rail link. The Bowl is closer to a rail station than, for example, the Brandywell, Terryland, Turner's Cross, Flancare, Lissywoolen, Dalymount, Finn Park and Ferrycarrig to name a few. As usual you're talking gibberish.

Yep, can add youz and, indeed, Drogheda in as being further away from a train line than Belfield.

I think Bray, Kildare County, Sligo, Limerick and Dundalk can be the only grounds that are practically linked to a mainline rail line. Tallaght Stadium is accessible by LUAS as well as Pats ground in Inchicore

If our beloved Todd Andrews hadn't swung his axe like a mad man in the early 1960s, the RSC would have been connected too as the Waterford - Tramore line ran nearby, in fact 5 minute walk from the ground.

If they ever open the bar at Station Road (was always closed whenever the Dubs or Dundalk came down)

Has got a bit better this year but for years any chance for them to make a bit of money they closed, I'm not sure if Kildare get anything from it anyway so I'm not too bothered
