I have to disagree. First off it is a mistake by Park. Whether the person knew how to spell Sergio's surname or not he should of at least made an attempt. If he had no idea what his surname was then surely he had a chance to do it when he had the card. Somebody on the team was bound to know what his name was.
From talking to the Regional crowd the general concensus is they weren't going to appeal if they found a Sergio signed with any of the Park teams but when they looked they didnt find one.
The main defence for Park seems to be that his first name was on the card. Surely that would be no difference to a card filled up with just Michael.....
If a team did that they would be slated for losing to such a stupid mistake. I see no difference here
