    Tommorow

Are you lads in the Republic doing things tommorow?
I'm going to do a silence for all the people who died throughout the troubles on all sides as well as the fourteen.
I'm going to wear my Irish shirt and put up a tri-colour in the window.
Mabye a few rebel songs but I'm not sure? What about you?
Is there a set time for the silence?
    Thanks lads,
let's keep praying the next time this sad day comes round the world will have learnt and there will be peace in the North, if all of us strive for this we're looking at a brighter tommorow

So you'll honour the dead by playing songs idolising those who killed them?

Ignore Max Power, he is no more, the future is Ron Burgundy. I'd love to be Ron Burgundy but they won't let me........

There'll be a minute's silence at 4.15 today, the time the shootings began. And there's a march on Sunday, with speakers, etc, following the original route of the Bloody Sunday march.

I hope thats not with Jet Magic ... you might end up sitting on a bar stool in town having watching Sell-thick Park on the telly. How strange that would be !!

    What?
    No I'm not.
The "Rebel songs" weren't Rifles of the IRA or anythings, songs about freeing Ireland-what the 14 would have wanted and the second thing I want after the peace.
I sang fields of Athenry and a song called "What's left of the Flag".
I held a minutes silence for the 14, a minutes silence for all the victims of the troubles and a minutes silence for a soldier (Catholic in the British army) who our family were very close to-he was shot during the troubles.

Like it or not I think Bloody Sunday should be a day to respect everybody who has been a victim and are currently vicitims of the violence in Northern Ireland.

I respect all of your views.

Liam. Leave the rebel songs for a day mate - its not just the time for that - and just do the 3 minute silence for ALL the victims.

Fair enough. I sang a peace song to.
What's done is done and I'm open to change next year-let's just hope we never see another day like 1972.
What do you guys think about the prediction of a united Ireland by 2016?

I think the last census put it at 2020-something when there will be more Irish citizens than British in the north. I reckon 2016 is a bit too soon. Probably within 30 years from now.

What ? the regulars dont want glory .... just the barstoolers

Are you admitting that the barstoolers/glory hunters are giving you lot a bad name ??

Parkheed .... Whazzat ..... Is that a typo ...... or are you trying to slip in a bit of the scots twang there, for realism n'all

SW ?? South West .... of Scotland or Ireland

Of Scotland ... fair enough ..... of Ireland ..... Supporting a League in a different country OVER your own national league i will not leave go on. No one will convince me otherwise. Infact i think it is sad.
