No it isn't funny - it's deadly serious.

I'll spell it out for you.

If Bohs fans want to find trouble for themselves, they're more than capable of doing so without any assistance.

    Simples.

Are there tickets available for the return leg in Dayler? Would I be able to pay at the gate?

no tickets left for the jodi afaik. I think that a limited number of tickets will be available on the night but probably only for the connaught.

think they said between 400-500 travelling Bohs supporters in our end, plus one (now legendary) Bray fan...

On TV it looked really poor. Looked like less than 1,000 in the Jodi. I guess people couldn't stretch to tonight and Wednesday.

That would mean that the Jodi was two thirds empty!!!. Looked about one third empty to me. Healthy(or unhealthy) crowd also watching Setanta in both bars under the Jodi,

Decent Derry crowd for Sunday night 150 or thereabouts.
I thought Bohs were excellent in the first half, second half both teams were knackered ( other than Deegan ). Good three points, ten ahead of Derry now.

if bohemians can get to the third round they automatically make it into the europa league group stages even if they lose. come on Bohs you can do it, just three hurdles stand in the way. what impact would europa league qualification have?

btw didnt linfield draw with dinamo zagreb away from home last year or am i very very wrong?

I think you know what you mean but have stated it incorrectly. They need to beat whoever they get in the third round and even if they lose the play off they will make the group stages of europa. so you're right in syaing 3 games away from it.

I'm not sure of the exact impact but would expect it would open up the possibility of us moving up a couple of spots in the access list.

i thought i understood the permutations but affter those two posts, im pretty confused again...

IF we beat Salzburg and then go out to Pyunik/Zagreb we go to the playoff for Europa League.
IF we beat Salzburg, then Pyunik/Zagreb and then lose in the last qualifying round, then we go straight to the Europa League Group stages.

i think thats right. Either way, a lot of work to be done on Wednesday night...

That's right. I think the confusion is from there being four qualifying rounds this year rather than three before.
We're not arrogant, we're just better.

I thought about 400 but then again I wouldn't have been the best person to do a crowd estimate at the time.
