I wouldn't say that. They had a few tough lads yesterday who when things weren't going there way where throwing in some hard tackles. But thats the thing, when it isn't going there way they don't have a plan b.

    Local Tournament

We won the local tournament over the weekend, beat Weston 4-2 in the final. Playing Regional on saturday, is much expected from them?

Dont no much about them to be honest. Heard they have a very young squad though and not much squad depth. The players they do have are ment be handy enough though.

Cheers, we're in a similar situation. First 11 is strong enough but we've been struggling when changes are made. Young team as well, 5 first team lads under 20.

think that was yere main problem last season too and what got ye relegated (no offence). saw ye a few times, some very talented young players, small blondey fella on the left wing especially. think if ye got 2 or 3 experienced players in ye could do really well this season, nice bunch of lads and the barrack field is a lovely pitch to play on

No offence taken, you're right about that. We have signed a few more experienced lads. They are nice players but nowhere near fit enough to play 90 mins. Also, we are back plaing in our own place now. Pitch is in great condition after a long break. We have new dressing rooms, the place is looking well. Hopefully the club is finally going in the right direction. Would love promotion but would gladly settle for a safe mid table finish to stop the rot.

Corbally will be very strong this year. alot of their players should be playing premier with the A team but find it more enjoyable to play in the lower leagues with their mates. have done a very tough pre season and signed some nice players. i think they were beating star 4-0 the weekend before the match was abandoned. i'll go for a top 4 finish for them

Shortage of numbers, Ken McKinley is the only premier standard player in the C team

who have they signed? i saw the premier team play a friendly, quite poor for a premier side, all long ball to a big tall fella up front, definite candidates for relegation
