i didn't see any punching myself but saw him stamping on a Boro player, what exactly did Noonan see do you know
Saw no punching a lot of handbags alright if the ref had given 2 reds there would have been no problem.it was a bad mistake by the ref bit he is known to make them anyway

Just heard he said he saw no punching.
the fact that dunphys red card in particular has been appealed tells you everything you need to know about the general perception on football his club has.
they are hoping to make a liar of the referee the best of luck to them cos the refs puts the finger on dunphy causing at least 6 infractions and hickey i can't see mfa reducing the bans cos the referees will want answers and probably not referee balla anymore with out 3 officals,i've heard the report they picked on a 17 year old that they couldn't handle

That 17 year old wasn't on the pitch long n I don't think he was doing that much damage anyway.whose going to pay yere linesmen if ye go down that road you don't expect the clubs to do you?you wouldn't mind if you were getting value for money but you're not.
i was watching the match spud and quinny got yellow cards for trying to trip him he's a very fast player and plus from what i was told by a member of ldmc the referees can insist on three officals any time on any team and nothing the clubs can do about it or they end up with no match, its bascially another form of punishment for balla home or away.look at the lawson cup semi's last year view vs pike three officals, borro vs mungret one referee?its going to happen to balla like a couple of years ago when no referee wouldn't go out there after what happened to mark gough cos i was a delegate member in ldmc when that happened
Ok then we would like to know from yourself who has all the knowledge, what justifies Balla appealing each of these points.
1. two accounts of violent conduct by Balla player one resulting in red card and second in match being abandoned
2. one account of violent conduct by another balla player reported by Referee which was communicated to Balla management
3. Lose of three points and
4. €100 fine for behaviour of (team & supporter who got removed) same as boro
Cause i was there as well watching and for the life of me as a soccer supporter cannot understand what grounds balla have in appealing any of these.
My assumption is the appeal goes in meaning two balla players can play FAI this weekend like Rio did with Man Utd v Man City game. When Game finishes i would say least one or two of these appeals will be dropped.

do ye no get fed up of repeating the same stuff every week this happened i was at the same match it,s my second i seen that ref destroy i seen him my self in the bookies saying he would,nt restart the match till clark left the feild and was going to call it off over the boro sideline..imo from the way he was talkin he knew the first goal balla got was,nt over the line he could tell 3 people what would be the out come for dunphy 5 mts and he did and that was the 1first i heard of there keeper getting a red card dont even think he knew i did not see him close his fist and punch a fella 4 or 5 times as he said that was the tuesday of the report 1.40 on my break and as i left the car park at the ref,s changing room tom clarke was shouting abuse and pointing at his face calling the ref blind and swearing at him this was on no ref,s report and the ref was asking a balla man to stop clarke coming in the door. i think its time ye started to look at the more positive side of local soccer and instead of cutting one another down at least wish balla the best of luck in the fai tomorrow and get on with it.![]()
if dunphys ban is extended he could always concentrate on his acting career
i see he made a comeback on corrie friday night as gary windass
lads just to end all this talk about dunphy and balla their appeal was thrown out cos they never registered their appeal and sent down a normal cheque not a postal order i heard it yesterday off a member of ldmc who said that balla never followed the guidelines for appeal![]()
any fixtures for this weekend, that limericksoccer.com is gone to the dogs, before you'd get the fixtures on a sunday night, and no i won't buy the local
