another evening kick off tomorrow pal its becoming a joke at this stage 6:15 kick off alot of teams missing alot of players over this including us more important when you needs points even at this early stage.

...as for carew taking him back i dont think any team is going to refuse a player a form do you

3 games in 5 days, a 6.15 KO and no game at the weekend. If you want to attract people to the game a better balance is needed.

A 6.15 start is nothing but a rush job to fulfill a fixture no matter how organised you are.
Not all players work in Limerick?
Not all players get paid to play Junior football.
Will it take a player killed in a car accident for the early starts to stop?

Reduce the league to 10 teams - it would make it a stronger shorter league?

Great shout, and would it help to seed the Lawson aswell? Would stop alot of mismatches

I'm watching you post here for a long time before I joined up and that sthe most sensible post you've made.
This Sunday most teams had 1 third of their league campaign completed in mid september. Fair enough getting games in now while pitches are playable is great.
But as you said fella's rushing from work even across town not to mention ones working in Shannon/Ennis or where ever.

I agree robbie 100per cent but ill ask you a question how many clubs went down too the ldmc and complained the answer is none.

UL 1 carew park 1

very entertaining game a draw IMO a fair result either team could of won it.
ul went one up with 10min to play ger ned levelled with time up with one of the best goals you will ever see anywhere volley 30yrds out corner fantastic finish. great point for carew tough place to go carew starting to pick up points of late drew 2 and won 2 in the last 5 league games

Mungret Regional 3-1 Ballananty.

Dissappointing reult from a balla point of view but fully deserved three points for Mungret. Mungret defended strongly and were far fter than Balla.
Early goal against the run of play for balla but mungret 2-1 up at half time. Mungret should have been at least 4-1 up at half time but missed some easy chances up front. Balla never really threatened and mungret got third about fifteen mins to go and balla heads dropped.

on the ball except for we a had a goal ruled out for offside which imo wasnt and they went up and scored from the resultin free kick
