He always has been, as far as I know, despite speculation he may switch to England. You might be thinking of Michael or Will Keane?
He's one of us again now, isn't he?

No, I was thinking of McGinty, but yeah he never switched sides just stopped getting picked.
yeah doolin droped him cause he played in the fa youth final when the fai had crazily allowed their qualifiers to be scheduled during the same week and doolin was going through that period where he also droped duffy and brady and mceleney to show people who was boss. Luckily noel kiing has since saved the day with a bit of man management but couldnt repair the damage with young mceleney.
McGinty's loan deal with Tranmere was cut short after some disciplinary problems: http://www.independent.ie/sport/socc...-29195959.html
This lad seems to be a bit wild. Hopefully Ferguson gives him a second chance and he takes it the idiot.
I'm a bloke,I'm an ocker
And I really love your knockers,I'm a labourer by day,

Lee Sharpe...Roy Keane... there have been a few, depends what yer definition of "length of time" is I suppose.
I only posted that to pi$$ off POSH who claims everyone here is quick to point out the exception to the rule......![]()
I thought you were off the drink Ronnie?
"No, I drink to help me mind my own business....can I get you one? (c) Ronnie Drew
Ferguson had McGinty's contract terminated. Article in the Daily Mail about it. Not super reliable source, but still http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/art...rles-Sale.html
Paul Doolin's fault.
Noel King has called McGinty into the under-21 squad to face the Faroes, so he's definitely still with us anyway: http://www.goal.com/en-ie/news/3942/...s?ICID=HP_BN_1
He'd hardly switch at this stage, though of course he is eligible elsewhere...
