Need some help, checked my bank account this evening and to my horror found 300 euro had been removed without my knowledge last thursday.
What right's do I have if any as in so far as the bank re-funding me, that was basically my last 300 euro as I recently lost my job and I'm on social welfare.

A friend of mine who works as a teller told me once that you usually get your money back in cases like this, once you haven't done anything stupid.
Anyway, talk to the bank. They see this sort of thing often enough.

Yeah I think it's viewed more as a breach of the bank's security than a breach of the victim's security.
Unless they can prove that you were negligble then you'll get your money back. You'll be grand.
