I heard this today and was realy saddened. I met Dave at a good few games and he was on the bus I ran in San Marino. He was a top man, with a dry sense of humour.
My sincerest condolences to his family and friends. RIP.
Condolences to the family and friends of Dave 'The Rave' Gorman, a stalwart of very many Ireland games at home & abroad, who sadly passed away yesterday after a recent illness at a relatively young age.
Your dry wit & gentle sarcasm will be sadly missed, Dave.
R.I.P.
Hopefully we can raise a toast to you in Africa?

He was a great bloke with a great sense of humour. Desperately sudden news all the same. He was at the Fulham game, then collapsed at home. I thought he would be alright in the end when I first heard the news.
