Miley Cyrus tickets trade Ireland v Italy

Wanted 2 tickets for Miley Cyrus either date in Dublin. I can most likely offer 2 tickets for Ireland v Italy in exchange - good seats 70 euro tickets lower Hogan.
I just want to be sure that I can pick up a ticket for myself elsewhere. I should be able to confirm that reasonably quickly if you have any to trade.

Note the Italy tickets are not for sale but my 8 yearold daughter would prefer to see Miley. If not she will go to the game with me.

So have world cup tickets since 1994 and champions league final tickets etc.

I've never heard of this being enforced before.
