Cyprus away (5th September 2009) - flights

Works out 15 quid a head to Napa for the 4 of us which isn't too bad considering it would be triple the cost if the same journey was taken here...

Larnaca is nice but quiet and little to do. Very few fans if any will stay there.

larnaca will be good for aidom and the other pensioners, they like a quiet afternoon of tea and cream cakes

Anyone else on the Monarach flight from luton to larnaca on the friday? Think it arrives about 9.30pm...considering chainging my accomodation plans to ayia napa. could do with sharing taxi to ayia napa from airport.

I'm on easyjet Gatwick to Larnaca on the friday and the connecting aer lingus flight from Dublin.

Is anyone heading back on the Monday the 7th or Tuesday 8th September. Trying to find flights and the best one is to fly to Dussledorf and onto Dublin. Is anyone else on this flight. The flight times getting out of Cyprus a pain. Are there any better flight even out of Nicosia?

We're leaving Larnaca @ 13.00 on Monday 7th with Cyprus Airways arriving in Stansted @ 15.50 and then back to Dublin with Ryanscare. Booked a long time back so don't know what prices are now

Going home Monday morning via Frankfurt. So straight from the Carwash nightclub to the airport. Have done this before, much better than trying to drag yourself out of bed to go to the airport.

Yeah, myself and three lads from Cork are. We're still to book a place to stay but for Ayia Napa

Hi there, we have a ten seater minibus going from Larnaca to Nicosia and back after the game, there are 8 of us so room for 2 more.

Contact me if you are interested, expect to leave Larnaca around 1800 hrs, ko is 2130 local time, and straight back afterwards,

Judging by the posts for this match most people seem to be heading to Ayia Napa. Is there a bus organised to get to and from the game or are people just getting taxis to Nicosia for the match. If buses are being organised is there any space available on them for 2 people or does anyone have details. Booked everything over the weekend getting to the game is the last obstacle. Does anyone know the distance from Ayia Napa to Nocosia?

Don't worry most pubs will run buses to the game.
