    Is he the lad who won the U17s WC with England ?
    If so he is dual, and I think his dad was pro Ireland fairly publicly around the time they won it.

    Was James Shea the luton keepers eligibility ever established? Played all games this season after getting in to Side in last few months of season last season when they got promoted. 27 years old but we are chronically short of keepers

    Yeah think you are spot on here. I think he is likely to be one who comes on board for us as he gets older

    I don't know that we are short of keepers (numerically anyway) - we still have two quality Championship keepers with some Premier League experience (Randolph and Westwood), a talented reserve Premier League keeper, whose career has just been badly hampered by injury (Elliot), another decent Championship keeper who just needs more first-team action (Henderson) and an SPL keeper (Doyle). That said, while these lads are good or even very good, it's important for a small-ish footballing nation such as ourselves to have an outstanding keeper if we want to achieve the goal of regular qualification for major tournaments... the type of goalie who regularly makes the saves he shouldn't be able to. Hopefully one of the youngsters coming through will be able to be that for us. And there is reason to hope, with Kelleher and Travers as third choice at Premier League clubs, Bazunu on his way to Man City, Corcoran established at Preston, O'Hara getting regular first-team action (and plenty of practice) on loan from Man United at Macclesfield and Bossin as regular stopper for Forest's U23s

    I was about to add Sean McDermott to your list but did a quick Google to see if there's any news on him.

    I can't find any article in English but it looks like he has signed for Dinamo Bucharest of Romania this week.

    Yes, I didn't realise before but he recently moved to Dunarea in the top Romanian league, which would be a step up from Bulgaria where he was before.

    Which of us ever listened to our fathers ?
    Forget about the performance or entertainment. It's only the result that matters.

    Think Jack Bonham should be added to that list, on loan from Brentford to Bristol Rovers, by all accounts is having a good season.

    Great shout. Bonham completely flew under my radar. Looks like he was first choice for Carlisle in League Two the previous season and is first choice in League One this season so steady progression.

    O'Malley and Lawlor have some work to do at League One at present. Both are more out than in at their clubs.

    Lawlor is out with a shoulder injury until the end of the season so the work will have to wait.

    I didn't know that. But thanks for the assertion that the work will have to wait. It's very true in light of your revelation.

    William Hondermarck has signed for Norwich from Drogheda: https://www.canaries.co.uk/News/2019...marck-signing/
    Not sure of any international caps, but he's eligible for Ireland and France

    <EDIT>

    According to the42, he has applied for an Irish passport: https://www.the42.ie/william-honderm...52646-Jan2019/
    Hondermarck was born in France, but moved to Ireland at the age of five. He has been involved in the Republic of Ireland set-up, and was called up to the U19 squad by Tom Mohan last year. He is currently in the process of getting an Irish passport.
