I only wish I could do the same.
Two posts in a row and yet again your agenda is obvious. I hope Johston comes on board.

Patrick Bamford has started for Middlesbrough against Liverpool at Anfield and should have had a penalty after being brought down in the box by Lovren as he ran through to collect a ball chipped over the top of the Liverpool defence. No question, it should have been a penalty.

To be honest, I didn't put much faith in one article from the Scottish Sun, with no quotes or statement from the FAI, regurgitated by its sister paper, about a player who's only ever represented his country of birth, less than three months after his last appearance for them.
I was more intrigued by whatever this lad's uncle said to Wangball's chum. And that seemed to precede this article too. All that leads me to believe there is something going on in the background but until there is anything further in terms of quotes or statements then it's very thin.
Wangball's source versus the Sun? It has to be the Sun every time!
What I heard is that this is a family with a very strong attachment to its Irish side and in line with McGeady there's most likely a heap of pictures of the kid out playing in his Ireland kit!
You show me a good loser and I'll show you a loser - Vince Lombardi
I also remember someone who knew Kenneth McEvoy's third cousin (or something like that) saying he was moving to a Dutch club, which never happened.

I brought up an anecdote involving Trapattoni, Cox and Long that came from a very trustworthy source.
Nobody believed it, and I don't blame them because truth is stranger than fiction sometimes.
I have heard some salacious things about footballers who have a tenuous connection to people I know. It's remarkable how many times these stories turn out to be fables.
I'm not casting aspersions on you BTW Wangball.
Tom Holland has been released by Swansea.
Don't worry, Wangball. The reliability of your word isn't in doubt.
In case anyone was misled by misinformation in this thread that happens to misrepresent greendeiseboy, here's what greendeiseboy actually said about Kenneth McEvoy in June of 2014:
As it happened, McEvoy did go out on loan - to Peterborough United - the following month, in July of 2014.

Emmanuel Osadebe leaves Gillingham with parting shot at manager.
@Wangball
Have you actually tried speaking to Michael?
I've found out the eligibility of several players through speaking with them on Twitter and Facebook.
If you approach them the right way, are polite and don't weird them out with your tweets then more often than not, they will shoot you a DM.
I've shot him a DM; hopefully I will receive a reply that is more forthcoming than the "Scottish Sun" link.
Patrick Banford falls into the same category as Scott Hogan, He has had more than enough time to contemplate his imaginary International future and it's not with the Republic. Just wondering if anyone can clarify does Birmingham City Striker Lukas Jutkiewicz actually qualify for us or not?, He has expressed an interest in playing for Ireland and given our real lack of options - he is surely worth considering for a call up.
