Result from today; Wexford 2, Cork 2. Cork went two up but two good second half goals from Shane Dempsey levelled it up - one a twenty yard volley and the second a free kick clipped over the wall from just outside the penalty box.

Limerick beat Waterford 2 0 today at the boro. second half goals from the returning Jason Hughes and an overhead punt from David NGiki>>>> gave the win to a dominent Limerick side. 2nd in the group one game left away to Cork in two weeks

I think you might be crediting Carlow with too many goals there.
Should they not actually be below Cork on goal difference?

I think this means City will have to beat FC Carlow by at least 2 goals it they are to get second place over Limerick next Sunday.

Not sure if it's goal difference that comes into play first if teams are level on points though?

has the draw been made for the next round? only asking as last year second in this group played in Galway and wondering what group runner up Wexford playing

Runners up in Pool 2 will travel to play UCD.

We're playing Carlow at the RSC this Friday night, for what it's worth.
Our three seniors, plus a couple more by the looks of it will, of course, be above in the Showgrounds at the same time!

Cork have to win by 2 on Monday then to overhaul Limerick, unless it goes on head-to-heads first?
Edit: scratch that, Cork ahead in the head-to-heads anyway, a 2-0 win and a 2-1 defeat.

as could limerick but you'd have to say cork would be favs
