Tax certificate

Ok, at the next stage of my move down yonder, and I need a tax certificate to avoid emergency tax when I start work.

I have a PPS number, does anyone know where or what I do to get a tax certificate?

All info appreciated, this is new to me.

Or print out Form 12A, fill it in and send it to the Revenue.
