Not a reference though, a fact rather. The band are from Galway. The song is from 1980 or so. Just though there must be someone on here as old as I am.

They had three singles apparently, though I only remember two of them. They finally got around to releasing their debut album in 2007! That's the one I just got.
"Stoneage Man" was the other single I can remember being out, and the lyrics are from the inestimably brilliant "It's A Sunday Morning".
