Probably couldn't have got worse luck. A trip all the way down to Cork. I just knew the way the draw was going we'd get a hard one. It was the same last year... i remember loads of non-league teams were left and it was us and Shams also still in the pot, and wouldn't you guess right guess who we drew, same as tonight!

Can't see past a Cork win. Honestly i cant see us going down there and getting a result. Pity

Jesus W Christ, whats with the negativity here?? Not singling out anyone btw.

Remember when we went to Derry? How did that finish? Everyone (including myself) thought we'd get beat, some here thought it would be a trouncing.

Have a bit of ****ing belief!

Wexford youths beat cork in a cup already this season, not till the final whistle is it over.

Plus there's a chance they won't be around for the next round, so we might get through by default

2005 iirc. Cork 2-1 Rovers. Kupuno Low penalty put us 1 up. I think.

O ya remember that now. One of their goals came from a corner (their first iirc). I was particularly annoyed because the ball wasn't inside the corner circle thingy

Given its mostly the same team who won the Setanta CUp under worse circumstances last year I think we'l be fine. This has been going on for a while now, as well as problems with wages earlier in the season, and were still top by 3 points.

The lads down here have been exemplary in their behaviour both this year and last and I can't see Faz and Connor making a dent in that.

There's no comparison between the reactions of both sets of players.

Life without Rovers, it makes no sense...it's a heartache...nothing but a fools game. S.R.F.C.

    bottles o beamish all round!

cork? will we be taking a bus down? i'd be up for it....

    DIMITRI

ps: wot's with the web site - i seem to have lost the "results / fixtures" section? thought it was a mac issue but 'tis the same on the work PC!

also "firefox" keeps trying to report the site as an "attack" site & close it down - you have to over-ride security to open it!

    any ideas?
