I think fishing is a bit of a cod
Any condescension detected in this post is fully unintentional and is solely the perception of the reader. If I think you're an idiot, I'll tell you that. You won't need to intuit it.

watching chess is a bit dull
Whatever it was I am sure it was better than my plan to get out of this by pretending to be mad. I mean, who would have noticed another madman around here?

    I don't like darts, it's pointless
and golf is definitely below par as sports go.

Cricket-the brits invented it and can't even play!
Whilst the football fans are cheering away and singing our songs the cricket fans politley clap as "Australia win the second test".
What's with all this tet buisness anyway? Get on with it and play the real match!

i know it's technically soccer, but "Jimmy Hill's Sunday Supplement" on Sky Sports is just about one rung above genital stapling on the ladder of entertaining things to do on a sunday.

    Exclamation ...........................................

I think squash is totally off the wall and hand gliding never took off for me either.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

Rugger sorely tries my patience, but is it really a sport? It cannot be figured out-half the time, and cannot understand why people are hookered on this rubbish.

Odd shaped balls kicked and thrown by odd shaped men for the delectation of extremely odd characters.

Ignore Max Power, he is no more, the future is Ron Burgundy. I'd love to be Ron Burgundy but they won't let me........

This is a dual-purpose thread. It's quite funny and it proves conclusively that some Foot.ie posters are thick as sh*t.
