Lilywhites retain services of sextet
Dundalk manager Trevor Anderson, who has been one of the First Division’s most active bosses in the close-season transfer market, has further bolstered his squad ahead of the beginning of the new campaign by re-signing six of last term’s squad.
Locals Michael Coburn (the Dundalk young player of the year), Ciaran Kavanagh, Danny Woods and Simon Kelly have all put pen to paper for another season, while veteran defender Paul Curran and star striker Keith Carty have also agreed contract extensions.
