    Exclamation Inside Cork - Bishopstown

    Thursday 8th Jan

Bishopstown is goingo t be a student campus, housing 500 on the Bishopstown site. The project are looking to secure privately owned land to build sports recreation facilities on it.

That is the bones of it, it doesn't give a time frame.

As it stands ..... it is going to be housing.

Have the club brought that site they were looking at for training. ??

If we ever needed a second stadium ... where would we use ??
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

Can de 650K from de FAI be used to purchase training grounds or can it only be used on upgrading de exisiting stadium? Proper training facilities are required under de UEFA licensing too

    Training Facilities

Well, they've had floodlights installed at the place thy trained lst season, and there are fairly decent facilities there. I'm not too sure what spec. UEFA have on training facilities. Anyone know?

That was a funny hour of the day to be going home alright. I wasn't right for two days afterwards.

It is a tough job ... but someone has to do it.

Whatever happened to the site that Lennox was looking at getting, (around the time of that press meeting in PJ's with Burnstein (???) and the guy from the Star)

Nothing came of that so did it ?
