Hi does anyone here use SAS software much ?
Someone has put me forward for a job that involves using SAS, I've not seen / used it before and was wondering what it does, how complex it is and if there were any sort of online materials to learn about it.
It seems to be mainly used for statistical analysis, and reporting, any information on how easy it is to use would be great.
Thanks!

It was actually accurate 70% of the time in finding fraud that no other tools could find. Anyway what does SAS do, its a reporting tool to an extent but far more powerful than just that. Its like a database of databases really that can be used to pull together info from different data sources and essentially connect them together. So for example if a company has a few bases throughout the world and they don't share data that could potentially save them or make them money then they could look to using SAS to pull together data from all bases and see what they come up with.
