    Rebel Army Ball

    I know there was another thread about this, but I'm just too lazy to go find it...

    Is there anywhere besides the club shop thats selling tickets for the ball???..in town pref....

    tickets say 'smart dress' and are available from the Cross, the Rochestown Park Hotel, Evening Echo, or people in the club afaik

    Smart casual? what the hell is that like? a silly american expression used in call centres.

    I would have thought that people might try and make an effort and look their best. after all, it is still xmas!

    you're right there conor with the casual...i have a suit but it only gets an airing for weddings and funerals..shoes, jeans and shirt is smart enough for this kinda thing.......i say that everyone brings a city shirt with them and change into them at 12:00....pure cindrella like.....


    still working on a ticket tho........got someone to call into the Evening Echo Office and the receptionist didnt have a clue about any tickets for the Ball....Also mailed the club but still haven't had a reply....Have someone else trying to get me a ticket now...here's hoping.....

    (after entering every competition possible to win some!)
    at the club shop yesterday.
    Seemed to be plenty available.
