    Hammers track Fahey

    St. Patrick’s Athletic midfielder Keith Fahey could find himself plying his trade in the English First Division in the New Year after West Ham have shown a interest in taking the Irish U20 player on trial.

    Fahey has been in impressive form with the Super Saints and proved to be a crucial figure in the U20 World Cup. Before making a name for himself at Inchicore, Fahey was with Aston Villa before a spell with Bluebell United.

    Did he play for Notts Forest as well? He was the lad sent off in the cup final.

    He played 60 minutes for the West ham Reserves on Wednesday night (07/01) and was taken off 'coz he got a knock on his ankle. Did OK by all accounts
