A leading authority on League of Ireland football since 2003. You're probably wrong.
Thomas Donnelly the first managerial casualty of the season

Everyone needs something to believe in, I believe I'll have another beer.
Some fans would agree going by the club forum http://www.kildarecountyfc.com/forum...ID=13719#13719. There are others who wouldn't though

The headline on the website doesn't say whether he resigned or was sacked but some of the fans think he was sacked. If he was sacked its a bit harsh considering that Kildare county don't have the resources, the weekly wage bill at the moment is around 400 euro.

I think KCFC need to develop a whole new approach for their football club. Sacking the manager (if indeed he has been sacked) doesn't do anything.. It's the Newcastle United way to ruin a football club.
He've having quite the season, scored a screamer of an OG with nobody near him against us the other week too.
Also the sending off in the Fingal game was bizarre, guy gets booked for losing his head completely basically. Buckley, perhaps realising the risk, attempts to sub him. As the player is walking towards the touchline he says something to the ref who gives him a second yellow. No substitution allowed, offended player literally stamps his feet and waves his arms in the air (he may have been gnashing his teeth too but I couldn't tell from distance). He's finally shoved towards the dressing room and moments later a harried looking Longford steward runs out in a panic to drag a Fingal coach/official back in with him. I can only imagine what was happening inside.![]()
The ball is round and has many surprises.
