    sligorovers.com server problems

    Folks

The official site is currently experiencing server problems which is preventing update of the site. The problem is being looked at by the server provider and I'll let you know when it's back up and running.

    Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Chrome brought up a malware warning when I went on to the site there last week.

We are still encountering problems with the site - the ISP is looking at them currently but it could be a couple of days before we get back into action.

    Apologies again for inconvenience.

In the meantime, you can catch latest news on the new twitter account.

I'm having problems going on sligorovers.com now, in big writing it says this is an attack site. This is in full what came up on screen.

    Reported Attack Site!

This web site at www.sligorovers.com has been reported as an attack site and has been blocked based on your security preferences.

Attack sites try to install programs that steal private information, use your computer to attack others, or damage your system.

Some attack sites intentionally distribute harmful software, but many are compromised without the knowledge or permission of their owners.

Has anyone else encountered this problem with the site ? only started happening since yesterday and hasn't changed since. I don't get the security preferences thing, I think its just an error if anything.

Opening up fine for me at the moment, I have Norton 360 Antivirus. The last week or two though it was kind of hit or miss, an error would come up and ask if I wanted to send an error message but then the site would open ok!
The fight is won or lost far away from witnesses - behind the lines, in the gym, and out there on the road, long before I dance under those lights.

Don't click on that link though, for the love of jesus, unless you've a decent virus checker, that link brings up the trojan horse!
FFS Boo Boy, what are you doing posting a link to a virus without warning people?

You're only supposed to use one at a time, otherwise they won't work properly.

    Avast went off!
It told me there's a trojan horse there that it has removed.
It didn't tell me anything about some bloke removing things and replacing them with other things. You should have done that before posting that link.
