Eamon Zayed’s talents were sorely missed by Bray Wanderers in the run-in to the season just ended but the young striker could provide the Seagulls’ coffers with a post-Christmas boost if he lands a deal with Russian top flight side Torpedo Moscow.

The club’s top scorer was on duty with the national under-20 side at the World Youth Championships when the Seagulls’ promotion bid was grounded and he could be about to fly the nest for good if his reported trial with the Russian side leads to a permanent move.

is our Devo ! making more money (hopefully !) for the club from a unknown player this time last year ! It might allow us to spend a few quid on bringing in new players/refurbish the ground.
