dolan has made a huge change over the past year and city are going in the right direction
1st game 2003 season (v Pats)
Cork City: Michael Devine; Neal Horgan, Alan Bennett, Dan Murray, Gareth Cronin; Alan Carey (Michael Buckley 84mins), Greg O’Halloran (capt), Conor O’Grady, Billy Woods; John O’Flynn, Kevin Doyle (Colin P O’Brien 65mins)
Unused subs: Declan Daly, Colin T O’Brien, David Warren.
Might only be 5-6 of that starting eleven on first day of season 2004?

Completely agree. Great man.
expectations are higher than they have ever been
he is after talking the talk, giving us excuses in the paper every week............
he has no more excuses
I agree, The Corner, and i think that he is the man to do it for us.
Roll on next season...
Putting unwanted pressure on ourselves saying that kinda thing.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
Screw the Cup. Any team canb fluke a cup with lucky draw & few good games. IMO winning the league is the only guage of success!Originally posted by thecorner

How can people say if we dont win the league the season will be a failure?
WE have signed 1 player. One player has retired. Thats all we know for now.
Neale Fenn alone will not win us the league
Oh no not them again

I'd almost prefer a close 2nd place in league than cup win.
