The side that Matthews has assembled ain't bad and they are doing a decent job considering. Granted they haven't score yet but they are not conceding many either. Although Dundalk did put 3 past them 2 of them were from the spot. I won't be surprised if Drogs get their first point(s) of the season next Friday.
I feel like I've read this somewhere before!

Drogs already have a point on the board from their 0-0 draw with Bray.

    Nice write ups.

    Derry v Galway
Derry look a cert tonight, Galway missing 3-4 although Jay O Shea is back. Derry 8/11 with 365

    Bray v Pats
Fancy us to win this. Unbelievable bad luck on Pats to have two leg breaks in the same match. Paddy Kavanagh still out but created a few chances last week playing 70 mins with 10 men. We've looked solid enough this season. Bray 11/4 with 365

    Bohs v Cork
Again Bohemians look a good thing. Cork dont look together so far this season, not palying good football at all. Bohs 4/5 with 365 & Skybet

Haven't really time to do a write up but I've gone for a Pats/Bohs/Derry treble that roughly 11/2

I've previously backed Bohs at 10/11 (as posted here)

I thought Rovers looked quite good against Bohs a couple of weeks back and had a number of good scoring chances to get something out of the game. I haven't a clue about how good or bad Drogheda are but obviously they are, like most other teams, going to improve as the season progresses. This is a fixture where the away team has done well in the last 8/9 meetings between the the two sides. So why not a Rovers victory tonight?

I've done a treble on Derry, Pats, and Drogs-Rovers score draw. Not sure why really they never come off but 5 returns 70.
Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.

I wandered into Boyle's in a moment of boredom earlier and put a fiver on 3 draws,Bray, Derry and Drogs. I think they'll all be close so has to be a chance.

I wouldn't disagree that they're good things but none of the players Galway are missing would have started other than John Russell who has been missing all season.

Good luck all with your bets.
I see Bet365 betting in running on all LOI games tonight. Might be worth keeping an eye on

Got a good run for my fiver, so near but yet so far. It was fun while it lasted.

what would your winnings have been PI - pretty astute bet by the way!
I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.

To be honest I'm not sure, I didn't bother calculating it or anything, I think the coupon said minimum of 30/1 guaranteed for 3 draws, but that my have been just me reading it wrong, I definitely filled it out wrong anyway, because the guy had to write it out again for me on a regular docket. I barely have a clue how to fill out a betting slip. The grand national tomorrow will probably be my only other bet of the year, if I even get around to it.

Fantastic night. Would have been special if Bohs won but can't complain with the above.

Cheers for the heads up on the ht/ft eL Bettor.

    You're a lucky sob, you.

No wonder the ht/ft was 4/5, when you consider it was one of only 2 that came off last night.

How was that luck? The two sides that won both ht ft were the shortest priced sides of the weekend so no surprises really. Even though I won more money on the College bet I was even happier with my lay double

What I meant was that the ht/ft only came off in 2 of the 7 games, hence no surprise that it was 4/5.

And a 96th minute winner to cancel out a 94th minute equaliser would definitely count as luck in my book.

    You've lost me.

No surprise that it was 4/5???

You think the price should have been higher so, or lower?

And what the have the other games got to do with whether 4/5 was value on UCD ht-ft???
