Looks like we're for the Morton....
its an absolute joke how i get a text msg saying its at home and then read its away. the fai is a joke for even leaking the draw on club websites when it should be up on loi.ie as soon as the draw was made.
that being said i'll take fingal.
The UCD website has a long history of Errors, Omissions and Presumptions. Some of the imputter(s) on the site were perhaps trained up on Foot.ie in Accuracy and Accountability.

"Wednesday, 06 May 2009 11:31......."
Is this another example of foot.iers giving everyone else a bad name in complaining about the FAI/LoI when the information is available?
" I'll go right up to here,
it can't possibly hurt.
All they will find is my
beer and my shirt."
I worked it out off here is how. And also, I asked the club who we'd drawn. I guessed Fingal v Sligo on the basis that neither side is really important, and I didn't want to leave the draw 3/4s up.
Harpo is obviously wrong when he notes that the info was available, although an apology presumably won't be forthcoming. He also has a bee in his bonnet over the website for some reason, although when asked for assistance, he declines. Probably so he can complain some more later.
Actually, I think the FAI may have taken the draw off the UCD site, and changed Sligo v Fingal so it wouldn't be blatant plagiarism.
I was hoping for Rovers at home and i got the wrong ones.
Maybe we will draw them in the semi![]()
Taken from an FAI Press Release Quarter Final date and times

And Miles To Go Before We Sleep
The date on the website says the story was created at 11:31. This would have been based on the server, not manually entered. Obviously must have been some delay with it processing for some reason.
Mon, May 18th Galway United v UCD Terryland Park 7.45pm
Mon, May 18th Sporting Fingal v Sligo Rovers Morton Stadium 7.45pm
Not much exposure for these tonight. Two ties hard to call.
Does anyone know how the semi draw will work?
Open draw or winners of first two play, and winners of second two play?
I’m not pedantic...I’m merely overly concerned with minute details.
