    PDF to Word converter

I've to convert a few pdf documents into word to make changes (and then convert them back again). Can anyone recommend any software that will keep the formatting and make it easily editable? I've tried the free ones, but they aren't up the job, and it's for work anyway, so I can probably get clearance to spend the money.

I've tried the Adobe website, but it doesn't appear to make mention of going from pdf back to word....

Maybe you could try it this way...

You may have to tweak the Word file a bit, but worth a shot.

You can export Word docs to PDF in OpenOffice, not sure if that's exactly what you're looking for

Thanks Pauro, seems it's acrobat professional I want, although I'll try some of the other methods on that thread.

Thanks, but Word to pdf I can do. 995 is what I use for that - but lots of free options - it's going the other way that I've the issue. I'm not sure there is an ideal solution from looking at it though.

Ah yeah, forgot I was working off Professional. That said, you can get a demo version here:

Only last 30 days but it may get you out of a hole for now...

Acrobat is what I need I think, as thinking about it logically I wouldn't need to convert, I could make the changes with Acrobat in the pdf couldn't I? Assuming it wasn't a protected file?

There's a Touch Up tool in Acrobat that'd work. Not sure will it be part of the trial version though.
