    Final Score 0 - 0!

Although its only half-time in the tie, i now think its very much advantage to Derry!

Doesn't sound like bad result for Limerick. Tie still wide open & all the pressure will be on the home team at the Brandywell.

Limerick got nothing to loose from now on & all to gain.

Just back, Limerick were by far the better side but Derry defended very well. Derry don't create much at all, but they should play better in front of their home support on Saturday. And fair play to the Cork City supporters who were at the match supporting us!

I'd be lying if i said i wasn't disappointed with being held scoreless but i firmly believe we have a great chance if things open up a bit in Derry.Very tight scrappy game with neither side threatening and generally a poor enough spectacle.Derek had an absolute stinker upfront losing possession time and again but sadly Kerley had no options really when you look at our bench.Hopefully McCarthy can improve on Staurday.Purcell and Sweeney were tremendous throughout.WE"RE STILL FIGHTING THOUGH COME ON THE BLUES

I think it was a pretty ok result!! I thought we looked very nervous and we never really got stuck into game as we usually do. Thought ref gave us nothing as well. Thought Eoin Keating had a great game as well as player of year B. Sweeney. They had their homework done and gave Stephen and Derek a very hard time. We can go up to derry now and we've nothing to lose, its almost like a cup game. They hopefully will be very nervous, as they have everything to lose. In front of their own crowd and if they lose they go down!! Lets hope for the best. Come on the blues!!

Did'nt get the win we deserved,1-0 would have been fair.Played all the football derry looked a very average side.Brendan sweeney i taught was super in midfield and eoin keating played well.Stevo and derek worked hard but it was just one of those games where nothing fell for them.Ref was a joke gave little limericks way, still i think limerick have a great chance in the second leg.

Yet and all we got 4 players booked. Thank God it wasn't Stokes, as it was meant to be, he hates us with a passion.
