Reading that it comes across as a decent interview. it's honest and frank. yes he's taking a politician approach but it is a business and he needs to steady the ship. cork city have nearly gone to wall five times in the last decade so he's trying to be realistic.

arkaga first pledge, if i'm not wrong, was to build a 20,000 stadium without looking at grassroots level first, here coughlan is coming in and saying league of ireland is insular and needs to broaden its spectrum.

he's going to have make tough decisions and if he has to make them then he has my support as long as cork city fc are around for the future.

he's got a plan and i'd support him to follow through with it and build the supporter base in cork.
