While I know it is traditional at the Showgrounds to pass judgement on a player after five minutes I am confident that Parkhouse will prove to be a major asset to our squad this season.

Paddy Madden at Shels - on loan from Bohs - already scored a hatrick in the pre-season friendlies - was capped ireland underage & definitely one to watch out for

well then im just keeping it going

Plus ive seen Parkhouse play 5 or 6 times in the last year or so, and not once did he perform well.

im not saying he's not going to be a success or an asset to the squad but i was very surprised to hear he had signed, and still am.

Saw him twice in pre-season, looked very lively, could be one for the future. Hopefully he can keep that form going into the league matches now. Shame hes only on loan.

Yeah, Patrick is quality - worth the ticket price IMO. & he scored the 1st tonight, good start
