Unclosed CD
Right, here is the thing. I needed to burn files to a disk and started the project and added the files etc. as you would do, and click on the 'Start Burn' button so it would see there was no disk and eject the drive so i could put in a blank CD. Great plan expect there was a CD-RW in the drive at the time and i had to cancel the burn, and now i cant access the data on it.
Is there anyway back from that? It was literally seconds (3-5) before i twigged and got it out so i reckon not much has happened bar opening the disk etc.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
I don't know how you'd do it. There are data recovery companies who might be able to help (you'll find them with a google or in the phone book), but I think they're on the expensive side so unless this was vital data... possibly worth ringing a couple of them anyway if no one else has any ideas.

Look to install a full professional program that works only for 30 days and use that to recover your files
