1. When do tickets go on sale ?
Check Oxegen.ie
2. Can I get a list of what acts are on what day ?
Same as above but the times for each band usually aren't published untill the night before the festival begins.
3. Can you buy a day ticket ?

Bit of a predictable line-up. Kings of Leon headlining again? The Killers? Razorlight?... Blur comeback would be worth seeing though.

anyone go last year? what time does things kick off on friday? I havnt been since 05 but am considering it this year, just trying to figure out would it be time enough arriving midday Friday. Don't fancy 4 nights in a tent! Would the campsite be packed out by Friday??
Sorry bout the questions, but I can't be bothered going on the oxegen forum, it seems they jump straight down newbies throats![]()
Havin a weekend away is quite frankly, lettin ur team mates down!
I got a weekend ticket (with no camping) last year on ebay for 100 euro.
So i drove up and back for the weekend and had to the luxury of my own bed!
I think it started around 4/5 o'clock on the friday. There was still plenty of people arriving at the campsite at that time.
Just want to go the day Blur are playing. But can't find what day that is on the site, any help ??
Ignore Max Power, he is no more, the future is Ron Burgundy. I'd love to be Ron Burgundy but they won't let me........

I just thought that too. The Killers seem to be there every year, Kings of Leon, Razorlight, Keane, Snow Patrol etc, where's the imagination?.. Although the way Razorlight are heading, their days of big festivals might soon be over.

If Electric Picnic goes ahead, and to be honest it really is looking like a big IF, then there won't be a bodytonic tent this year anyway.
Bodytonic fell out with Pod promotions over some issue regarding their club night in Dublin City
That's probably me out anyway cause thats where I spend my time in Electric Picnic
I think oxegen is the most overrated and over priced festival around. Where they get this idea it's one of the biggest in the world I'll never know. Same line ups year after year or at least every second year and yet the ticket prices continue to rise. They maybe have one decent different act a year. The food, merch etc... Is also a rip off compared to festivals in Europe and America. It now seems to be full of scumbags too for some reason. My advice is if you are going for the music just go to the day most appealing to you. The weekend can be very expensive and alot of time wasted unless you are just there for the pi55 up.
P.s. I have three Jason mraz albums and all are very good, he's a talented bugger.

am hopingto make this festival next year. Its supposed to be brilliant fun and very laid back. Not a bad line up either though i have to say i go to festivals as much for the atmosphere and experience as for the music.

PS - oxegen is horrible.

I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.
