Elliot put us 1-0 up but they equalised after half time.

No eircom League players in the 1st 11 but 6 of them of the bench (thats all of them I think?)

I caught most of the second half on British Eurosport.

I thought that as individuals some of the players looked really good (McCarthy and Elliot in particular) but in terms of teamwork they were really lacking. There was a twenty minute period there were virtually every move we had broke down as a result of a stray pass. Eamon Zayed came on and did well, he wasn't threatening but he helped open up space for Elliot.

I couldn't believe that Kevin Doyle got booked when he came on...I mean what did he do? More of that Asian bias there, I think.

The Saudi's had a lot more about them than I thought they would, up front especially they've got a lot of pace.

I reckon where we finish will come down to how we do against Mexico next week we should pick up the win in the next game.
