We had a prem last year, i could be wrong here but it might be somthing to do with not having a cpo this year, i think that fell under the premier criteria
Think you're right Tallanted, I think you might have to have one for a Premier Licence. Doesn't make a lot of difference anyway. If by some miracle we went up we'd apply for a Premier one next year.
