It was only mentioned at the end of the article as a sort of throwaway piece of information. It said Athlone, Sligo Rovers and "possibly one or two other clubs" were still working through their outstanding issues with the Licencing Department, it didn't read as though the writer saw it as an insurmountable problem for them.

Well what I meant was that the tone of the article and the way it was kind of tacked on at the end didn't suggest that the journalist felt they'd be in serious trouble but maybe that was the sub editor cutting it down or something. I wasn't suggesting they weren't difficult to overcome in my own opinion.
