My point on his shyness was that when being interviewed by one person he comes across timid. Yet, he's stepping out in front of tens of thousands of people on a weekly basis and is having no trouble at all emphatically expressing himself with his football.

Seamus Coleman...goal machine! That makes him joint top Irish goalscorer in the Premier League. Given his attacking prowess, might a case be made for playing him on the right side of midfield for Ireland and putting Joey O'Brien in at right-back?

Coleman is the leading Irish goalscorer in the Premier League with 4. Brady and Long have three goals each.

I agree that Coleman is probably our best option on the wing. It would increase our options at full back too.

Martinez also reserved praise for Seamus Coleman - whose long-range strike opened the scoring for the Toffees - by describing the Republic of Ireland international as the "complete footballer".

The Spaniard added: "I always felt Seamus Coleman is a very complete footballer.

Seamus Coleman has made the official website of the Premier League's team of the week 5 times this season. It will be interesting to see if he reaches double figures. Phenomenal stuff.

Robbie Brady also figured twice before his injury woes started disrupting his season.
