Where did they indicate that allowing Cork and Droheda to continue in the premier was wrong?

Why would the FAI wish to massively increase the sanctions for entering examinership and talk about the convenience of it unless they felt that getting off with a slap on the wrists was wrong?

Under the proposed punishments both CCFC and DUFC would have been relegated. Join the dots FFS.

I've already said we got a sporting advantage in response to one of the numerous posts you've written stating the exact same thing, I (and a lot of other CCFC supporters) expected to be relegated.

We weren't and the fact that we weren't is completely outside of our control.

    Get over it ffs.

Both Cork City and Drogehda broke many rules this year?
Do you think that's new information?
So its your problem that you don't like to read the same thing over and over !
Ignore it if you want,, I'm simply stating what happened. You agree with it,, great for you.

I'm also sick of having to reply saying that I agree fully with examinership as a legal way to rescue a company.

What I still have a problem with is the FAI and their lack of control over the sporting side of things after examinership. They had the power to act, they still do but so far only Shels for a crime that wasn't half as bad have been punished.

Call it bitter if you like.
    Whatever keeps you happy.
I simply see it as fact.
    John Delaney!! GET OUT!!!
