but i might get it fixed locally, there are apparently a good few computer repair places around. Its a cheap Fujitsu laptop but it has a good lot of stuff saved on my computer that i ouldlike to save.
I was looking at prices and would i be correct in saying that it could cost rouhly about 130 sterling?

All in all, its a great service.Got the replacement screen on Friday, fitted it within 10 minutes and the PC is back up and running as good as new. The customs declaration was to the value of €49 dollars so didn’t have to pay anything extra on this side.

Yup, what you might have to do is open it up (small screwdriver) and lift out the screen and get the exact code on it and then they send that exact one to you and you fit it.
