Fantastico!
Fella by the name of Jim Roddy
Well - he's gone and resigned today to take up a post with Derry City Council.
It's never boring this League...

good luck to him, toss pot! stupid appointing him anyway as his links are all in the north west!
Honest i don't really care this should be moved to the Bohs section.
He's probably had just enough time to realise Bohs are even worse off than he thought they were initially. Derry City Council obviously offers more job security.

You have to wonder how long it was after getting the Bohs position that he applied for the new job... there can't have been much of a gap there in all fairness.

No, it must have taken a good month or six weeks at least for a council job to be filled. He must have wanted out pretty quickly,

it must sent a worrying message to supporters ..rats and sinking ships come to mind
I wish i did not know then what I dont know now
Well, he was worth the two months salary to persuade Nutsy to stay and win us back to back titles.
Best of luck to him in the Public Sector, a good place to be in the depths of a recession.
My own view is that Jim Roddy will be absolutely no loss to the League of Ireland. I only hope we never see him again.
