Sure they don't know who will be in th e top division yet and even if there will be a top division. Wait a few weeks after teh Drogs affair etc is over and then you may see prices.
Who do you fancy by the way?
I just rang Boylesports and tried to place a bet on clubs winning the premier division and first division this season. They checked with their football department but don't have any prices nor could they tell me if or when they will.
I check paddypower's website and can't find anything either.
I don't normally bet at all and my small stake would have been a bit of support for a league sponsor more than anything else but am I being unreasonable in expecting to be able to bet on a league sponsored by a bookmaker?
Anyone know any bookies taking bets on the league?

I'd imagine they're waiting to see who'll be in what division before releasing odds.
A couple of years ago a number of British based bookies were offering Drogheda at 7/1 shortly after Shels were demoted. Since then they seem to have just lifted their odds from PP
As has been said until they know the make up of the league, and the likely squads for each of the teams, there'll be no odds

Whos the guy here who last year ran a simulation thingy and then said Bohs would walk the league and they did???I know the person has to wait till leagues are sorted etc but i wonder is he going to do it again?
If bohs retain most of their squad they would be strong favorites 5/4 otherwise I would rank Derry next 4/1 , then pats 7/1 with us 20/1 and shams 25/1 as dark horses.
First divsion looks like a straight shootout between Fingal and Shels.

Last week I said my money would be going Derry and Shels if things remained the same (obviously they wasn't going to happen). Still plenty of things that will change however, but I'd go with Derry and Fingal now.
Who Cares?!
In the week after we were promoted Boylesports brought out some specials on Dundalk FC - to win a cup, to win the league, European qualification, finish ahead of Drogheda, etc.. They've all been removed from their site since then though.
First Division favourites have to be Fingal with the squad they are getting together. Anything short of promotion for them would be a disaster I'd imagine
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.
Only in Ireland!
The bookies should be running a book on who will be in what division. Much more entertaining.
