It's kind of hard to out do Denmark (away to Malta, home against Albania) or Switzerland (home and away against Moldova). You have more chances to out do Serbia (away to Romania) and Israel (home and away against Greece).

I expect a lot depends on which result drops out of the calculation?
If a bad result drops out we move up, if a good result drops out we move down.
