small but annoyin problem

ive always had this prob

when i use foot.ie from the university comp lab and i go to look for new threads, i have to refresh the pages manually

i have to refresh the main page, see new posts have been posted
click on particular forum, have to refresh forum
see new threads, click on thread, refresh thread.................for each thread

is that down to the settings of this comp lab?
i dont have this prob when i use citynet from here

hope it can be fixed, cos its spoilin my enjoyment of the site

I have come across that before, but cant remember how i resolved it. If you could try hitting F5 (to refresh the page) and right click on a link and open in a new window. Just see does the new window act the same way.

Have you tried other computers in the same lab, and have you tried other message boards.

ive used different computers and i use citynet too without this problem
