The Food Safety Authority of Ireland

I always feel this is never highlighted. Unless you look at the website you'd never know what was going on. They should have to take out newspaper notices & get the offenders to pay for them. Nothing on the website about the earlier water scare last week.

The important ones to look for are closure orders. I think businesses have to be given warnings to change before a closure order. How bad does food safety have to be for a business to be closed temporarily?

Some well known pubs/restaurants ordered to close in Dublin.
