Anyone here got Football Manager 09? Just reading comments about it some good, some bad. Was just wondering does the Town team have any players on it for the season gone by that should'nt be? like for example Stephen Paisley or the likes!!! Its just I'm a fan of the game and in past years they used to have out of date squads. And I won't be getting this years one cos I'm out of the country but plan on getting 2010.
In the gaming thread a fella who is involved in some way with the makers has asked for fans who notice this to email him with the proper squads for our clubs. So just asking if any Town fans that are at home and are fans of FM to email him when we have our squad for the season starting and mid season transfers it would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Amazingly..... Ian Wexler has just had a bid from Bohs in the game im playing at the moment. Do the Sligo lads run this game or what? And maybe for the next version, we should get Marty as Fan Spokesperson for the laugh.

I'll keep you updated on his progress throughout the season, i'm actually going to hold onto him. He may be useful throughout the season if he's this good! and a nice little earner of a transfer too....

Did you have to update them players Pauro or was that the squad when you got them?
Cos I remember playing an older version and they'd have players on the Town squad that would of left them at least 3 seasons before!!!! It's fairly up to date with last seasons squad apart from Dempsey and the Wex!!!
That was the squad when i took over as of January 2009... I'm sure there'll be new patches coming up. I have no money to spend so i may have to sniff around Athlone's squad.
